Our Returns/Exchange Policy

As a slow fashion brand, we are mindful of our environmental impact and ask that you carefully consider your order and to avoid unnecessary returns. Order what you need and avoid purchasing with the intent to return products.  As such we have a “Customer Pays for Returns/Exchanges” policy.

 

We take care and pride in our work to ensure our products meet your expectations. Each piece we make is hand-crafted to our sizing charts – please review our size charts and email us with any questions on sizing or fit prior to ordering. We offer a custom order service (for additional fee) should our sizing not meet your requirements.

 

We have 10-day exchange policy from your receipt of your order based on the following:

  • Items must be unworn with all tags attached
  • Items must be in original condition
  • Customer pays return shipping costs via registered post


Exchange Process:

1. Email us at info@saigonconcepts.com with your order number and item(s) to be exchanged
2. Ship the item(s) back via registered post at your own expense
3. We'll send a replacement once received and inspected
What Can Be Exchanged
- Size exchanges for the same item
- Different products of equal or greater value (if available, and pay the difference)
- Items incorrectly sent (we cover return shipping)
What Cannot Be Exchanged
- Items worn or without tags
- Items damaged by customer
Store Credit
If preferred item is unavailable, a store credit issued for future purchases
