We want you to love what you receive. 

If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it.

Returns Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

How to Return

Email us at info@saigonconcepts.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll confirm the return address and next steps.

Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We’ll do our best to exchange for another size or style, subject to availability. Given our limited-edition runs, we cannot guarantee an exact replacement. Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover return shipping and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.

EU Customers — Additional Rights 

This policy covers orders shipped to the European Union. If you’re ordering from the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, notify us within that 14-day window by emailing info@saigonconcepts.com.

You then have a further 14 days to return the item. We will refund the full purchase price, including standard outward shipping, within 14 days of receiving your return. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
